Cancellation Policy.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, but to ensure the smooth operation of our services at The Lymphascia Clinic, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate advanced notice whenever possible.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. This fee is to compensate for the time and resources allocated to accommodate your appointment.
3. No-shows: In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged. We reserve the right to charge this fee to cover the costs incurred and the inconvenience caused by the absence.
Please note that exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, but such exceptions are at the discretion of management and must be requested and approved in advance.
